The present really is a gift. :/

Never felt so worried. Never felt so afraid. Never felt so uncertain of what the future may bring. Never felt so hopeless. Never felt so lost. :(

:)

Saw my Moral teacher at the night market just now. She said my batch was the best, and that I'm a good student. HAHAHAHAHA, I might have trouble sleeping tonight. :P

Even though she always goes on and on about the same topic and that frustrates us, she's a nice teacher. Pretty amusing too, actually.

There was once the recess bell rang and our class exclaimed, "Teacher, recess!"
-> You see, we're growing children, so we're always hungry. One of the most frequently asked questions in our class apart from "Where is the toilet keyyyyy?!" was "What time is recess?" In fact, we even knew the different times for recess by heart. Which is why we always get so excited when the recess bell rings.
Alright, back to the story. So there we were, with excitement written all over our faces, waiting to be let out of the classroom. And my Moral teacher said...

"I AM THE BELL." - Ms. Lim

LOLOLOL. Epic moment.

So when I saw her, I was reminded that I didn't personally thank her for being patient and understanding when I had to redo my entire Moral folio (somebody stole it right after I completed it, pfft). And for all those times I interrogated her about why can't I use this nilai instead of that nilai.

I know, I know. Pendidikan Moral is a stupid subject and I would definitely agree.
But sometimes, you forget to thank certain people for the things they've done for you. So my conscience tells me that I would not be getting any sleep tonight (not because Ms. Lim said I was a good student) until I openly acknowledge and thank her for all that she has done for me. Thank you, Ms. Lim. :)

Truly grateful.

First of all, Thank You.

And then, thank you ALL.

Couldn't have done it without all the 'you's. :)

Most importantly now... what's next?

Two horror movies in a day leaves one broke.

Currently sitting like an invertebrate with my 'back' propped against the pillow, staring at this empty white (soon to be white AND black) space thinking about what to update my blog with at 2.30AM in the morning.

I had a great time at training, and I even brought a new friend to floorball! Got home and had a nice cool shower before heading out to Gurney for a reunion with my gang. All 8 of us in total. Hanging out with them again reminds me of the good old times in school. Standing in a circle in the middle of nowhere while we discuss first world problems (where to eat), laughing at each other, laughing with each other, giving the other person the 'poker face' when the joke really IS that lame, and CGL girls being CGL girls, we were being loud and notorious as usual. :P

We watched two horror movies, The Devil Inside and The Woman In Black. There goes RM22. :(
The Devil Inside was rated PG-18 ONLY because of the gore. Think Paranormal Activity. HEADACHE. It was as though a four year old got hold of the camera and started running around with it, zooming in and out like nobody's business. They used the concept of a 'found footage'. The storyline sucked, the whole movie was probably a low cost production, and the ending? Don't even get me started. Pfft.

The Woman In Black on the other hand is rated PG-13 but it has way better filming, storyline was also better and the ending was satisfactory. The pieces will fit in slowly as you watch the movie and the suspense escalates, causing you to subconsciously hold your breath and turn blue. Definitely better than The Devil Inside.

Went on a high before the movies because I had only one hour of sleep the night before. I always get high when I'm sleep deprived, before I end up with an energy crash. That's when I become a zombie and go on autopilot mode. Like when Kuan Yang drove us girls all the way back from KL to Penang. Zoe, YH and I went on a karaoke spree in Kuan Yang's car and right before Kuan Yang dropped me home I crashed. HAHAHAHA. But it was a great Saturday, nevertheless. Just feeling really bad for messing up my biological clock again. Pfft. I shall resolute to... revert my sleeping time by Monday. Deal.

Bah, even my eating habit is so bad these days. Been eating and eating and eating. Need to workout consistently like I used to every day. :(

YEA @ Penang Times Square

I actually wanted to do a post on my first visit to Penang Times Square's YEA but this guy here did a wayyy better job than me so just read this instead.

YEA Japanese Barbeque and Shabu Shabu

Way better than Seoul Garden (highly overrated!). :)

Okay, one thing that I can comment on which he didn't was that their toilet was freezing cold! Even the toilet at Overtime was air-conditioned. Is this the case with all the other restaurants and whatnot in Times Square?

Feeling young tonight.

Tonight, I am reminded that parents always have favourites, no matter how much they deny it.

Tonight, I am reminded that I am not one of my parents' favourites.

Tonight, I was reminded that I was precious, honoured and loved. But that feeling dissipated in less than 5 hours.

Tonight, I find myself seeking solace in my old, faithful blog.

Tonight, I am transported back to being that rebellious 14-16 year old who once had so much hatred in her heart, the only phrase she lived by was "F*ck the world."

PHOP

You can never go wrong with buckwheat galettes with cheesy beef bacon, onions, mozzarella, sunny side-up, baked beans and guacamole blended green peas (because avocados are rather pricey). :P
